JBLP#054
Purchased when they were first released at Bellevue American Music in Bellevue, WA. Love this guitar. I had it setup with .10's on it, though - plays like a dream. One of these days I'll move it back up to the .11's.

Congrats on the guitar and welcome to the site
I was unaware of the J&R policy about getting my JBLP signed by Joe until I got a heads up on it by Dean & Melissa. If you have not yet had yours autographed, you need to get in touch with J&R beforehand. Melissa called Rachel on my behalf and got me scheduled before the Penn's Peak show. Aside from not having to stand in line with a bunch of other fans wanted Joe's autograph, I was admitted in to see the sound check. BONUS!
I got to spend a couple of minutes with Joe and Dave; Joe had Dave bring over #001 for me to check out.
You can email Melissa thru the forum to make your appt ahead of a show. Don't wait until the last minute to do so.
Thanks to all for helping make this happen!

I'm new to the forum, so please forgive me if I'm asking an old question. Where on the guitar are people getting JB's signature? I would not want it somewhere that would become worn from playing.

The best place is the back of the headstock. That's my recommendation.
Joe signed the removable plate on the back of mine, sensible really cos if you want to sell just change that and they have an unsigned guitar and you still got the signed plate
But wherever you feel comfortable ..... Good Luck wharris

Hi,
What better way to start posting here than adding no. 157 to the list. Right now on it's way to Norway
Nice forum for a great artist - thanks!

Obviously you have excellent taste in guitars!
Welcome to the forum! Did you get to see Joe at Notodden Blues Fest last month?

See the online store about ordering the pick cases with picks (or plectrums if you wish). No Joe Bonamassa LP will be complete without that accessory!

Hey Tom,
Great minds think alike. Of course, I don't know what that has to do with us, but I just ordered two pick cases myself!
Roy
Roy, I just know you're waiting until Gibson rolls out that Joe Bonamassa Red Firebird!
How right you are Tom! And then, I'll be waiting for you to buy me one.
