my mam passed away yesterday after a short illness and i want you all to know she was a great mam,wife and grandmother and i will miss her forever love you loads mam R.I.P.

When something like this happens where i live, there's a word we say to every member of that family.... FUERZA!!!  ...which means "be strong"

Sorry to hear of your loss Steve. We lost our dad over a year ago, so i know all about loss.

Dear Steve, I feel so sorry for the lost of your mam.

Wish you, family and friends of your mam  all the power and strenght you all  need now and in the future.

RIP and  maybe she  meets my parents somewhere in the livingafter. She can talk to them about the great Joe Bonamassa my parents never heard off because  they died 20 years ago.  I still miss them every day.

Steve,

I too am sorry for your loss.  I lost both my parents this decade and almost lost my wife last year.  Recently I came across the song "Mercy Angel" by Brian Blade that pretty much lays bare my feelings about departed loved ones.  It's a beautiful song that I find comfort listening to and my wife and I will play this song at the funeral for whoever survives.  You may want to listen to it sometime in the future.

I was gone this weekend and I'm very sorry to hear of her passing. Remember, she's not gone, but just moved to a better place. You carry her with you wherever you go.

Steve, we have already spoken and I hope you feel comforted by all the messages of condolence right here on this fantastic forum.
I just want to add mine and say that the passage of time will help to ease the pain. Just try to remember the good times and talk about her often, that way she will always be a part of your life.

Steve, my sincere apologies for not having responded sooner....and my sincere condolences on the loss of your mom. I know...really....I lost my mom and my wife within 21 months....time (and the universe) truly can heal wounds, but when the wound is still fresh it hurts like hell.
