Hampton Beach Casino Show 8.13.09

Joe was as usual, awesome, as well as his outstanding band.
The place was packed and the people were buzzing (they didn't stop) and I found that it was the biggest problem with the show.
After seeing him earlier in the year in Lebanon, NH Opera House with a very courteous and appreciative crowd, I left knowing this was something special and one of the best performances I had ever seen by any artist.
It was a magical night.
Last night although most of the fans were very appreciative, some would not stop talking!
During some parts of his playing he asked the crowd, nicely, for silence, to share in what he was playing.
He wasn't getting that courtesy.
I feel this may have been a reason for him cutting his encore short.
I will definitely go see Joe again, but certainly not at that type of venue.
