thanks for the post. its driving me nuts trying to guess what the set for saturday will be. i like the Mountain Time ender for sure

I think you are looking at it right there above.  I'm thinking Saturday night in the "woods", Joe will channel BB King and tag on Asking Around for You if he can squeeze it in.

I think Joe's set choice was heavily influenced by his guitar choices, it was a fly in gig, he had three les pauls with him.  I lent him two backup les pauls(a pearly gates and JB #99), a silver jubalee and my breedlove twelve string, which he used on ball peen hammer.  John henry for sure was left out due to no baritone guitar, and asking around for you was probabely the same issue without a 335.

Still a great show!!

I figured most of the gear must've been on the east coast and they'd fly in to Calgary & Denver.  So, maybe I will have to cry today! neutral

Thanks for the info DonR.  Was that a Les Paul with a Vibrola that Joe used on SILT?  It looked bigger than his other Les Pauls.  Of course, I'm no guitar expert, and the Blue Moons were tasting pretty good Sunday.

Re: Joe @ The Mile High Blues Festival 8/9/2009

That Les paul had a bigsby and black plastic.  He has had that one for a while, Dave "upgraded it" about a year ago I think.
