Topic: How about this pickup config?

Im building a tele routed for strat pickups. My idea is to put Hot Rails or Joe Barden in the Bridge, have a RioGrande Muy Grande (large pole pieces) single coil in midde, and have a Lipstick Tube Pickup at the neck.

I have a guitar collection that entails a strat w/texas specials, a LP copy with P90's, a Gibson Explorer w/EMG's , and a Black Beauty LP with Gold covered Gibson pickups. I was thinking the above pickup idea would cover some sounds I currently do not have.

I'm thinking the lipstick tube would be significantly lower output than either 2 pickups you mentioned.  This might cause a bit of output imbalance.  Still, it's worth a try, right?
