hi everyone just wondered if any of you have heard this guy,my mate gave me his peace machine album and i was very impressed.has anyone seen him live he is supposed to be coming to england in the autumn and i am seriously thinking of going to see him.

Hi Stevea,

Peace Machine is an excellent album and although I've not seen him live I doubt you'll be disappointed seeing him in concert.  I've heard a new album will be released this year.
You might want to check out The Buddaheads and Gentlemen's Blues Club - two other fabulous bands he's played with.

Philip is an extraordinay talent and has been mentioned many times on this forum down the years, yeah his albums are funky psychedelic blues rock and very tasty releases too
Just like The Buddaheads and Stoney Curtis , Philip mainly just does The LA circuit and local areas, but if you check out all their websites (usually Myspace is best) you'll find their dates there as well as listening to some of their tunes
