Topic: Attention Gibson JB owners

Wouldnt it be awsome if, while Joe tours and tours and tours this world, that he finds the owners of his "children" and uses them for one song on stage?!?!?!  Wouldnt that be so cool if he grabs your paul to jam on "so many roads..."  He could even change the lyrics to "so many pauls...so many pauls to play..."  HAHAHAAA!  No but seriously I'd let my JB model get some wear from Joe himself!!!! big_smile

Re: Attention Gibson JB owners

Re: Attention Gibson JB owners

Several years ago Joe was playing my Gigliotti backstage at the Birchmere in Va.  Joe loved it and said it was actually better than his (maybe just being generous!), I did offer to let him play it for the show.  He said he'd love to but it makes for to much work for Dave at a minutes notice getting  it set up for Joe instead of me.   Nice in theory, probably not practicle for Joe and Dave

If heartaches were nickels, I'd have 35 cents!

Re: Attention Gibson JB owners

Ahhh, Joe onstage playing your prize JBLP Now Imagine him having a Pete Townsend moment. Oh no! The shock, the horror of your guitar being destroyed by the man you idolize thousands of dollars being gone in an instant. I know Joe would new do that to any guitar. Well maybe a Gold F&*#%r or two…

Take care,
Bill
