Topic: Bob Harris show - Dave Matthews and Bex Marshall
There are a couple of artists that could well be of interest to the forum members who will be appearing on Bob Harris’s BBC Radio 2 show this weekend. This is what Bob said about his session with Dave Mattthews:
We recorded an outstanding session with Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds just before they played Brixton Academy last weekend, prior to their appearance at Hyde Park. Don't miss it. It's something special...Led Zep included.
We wanted to broadcast it early, so it's going out in the first hour on Sat 18th July.
Bex Marshall will be appearing on the same show. We'll be broadcasting her session between 1am and 2am.
All good stuff.
Bob.
Songwriter Bex Marshall is an explosion of acoustic/rock/blues with a hot poker twist of country, possessing guitar skills that have been likened to Stevie Ray Vaughan. A stunning young guitarist, she exudes excitement and charisma as she performs solo or with her band on stages across the globe. Her clever and imaginative lyrics invite you into her world and her mellow tones capture the imagination and captivate her audience.
