Geoff, Geoff, Geoff. Some bands are around for a long time simply because 10-12 year old girls will buy anything. P.S. I hear lots of scotch can make you not remember almost anything. Good luck.

Geoff,

You've lost it!!! I do admire your honesty though!! You didn't even try to blame it on Sue tongue:):):)

BTW Take That tickets are still available for Old Trafford this Sunday - thought you might be interested.

Roll on Llandudno

Re: Have I lost it?

Er yes, well......... Entertaining show. Surprising number of hits. Some great  melodies. Mixed audience from 8 to 80 I would guess. They would definately benefit from a live band! It was what it was - light entertainment. I'm actually glad that I had the sense to go see them with an open mind. Jeez, I'm so lookin' forward to November the 28th in Llandudno now! - You get my drift?

And here all this time, I thought the man was rather sharp and a straight forward thinker when I met Geoff in London and through our E-mail conversations. Have I been wrong all this time or has Geoff "Lost it" as he asked? I think the real question for us to all ponder is, how did he sweet talk Sue into a relationship? She seems so sweet and level headed. Although I must admit, he is a handsome man. Here look:

I really think though, that when he's talking to people he should put the camera down, don't you think?.............

Just kidding Mate! wink lol

Joe is the Best!

Re: Have I lost it?

Well Geoff, you obviously haven't lost it and I admire you for following the thought through to the end or did you just fail to find someone to buy the tix off you!

By the way Geoff....good news....I heard that Kajagoogoo are making a comeback lol

I think you really need a shot of Joe....roll on november!

This is rapidy turning into a "What dark secrets have I got in my record collection" - What a great idea. I bet we've all got something in there that we'd all rather forget????? Just goes to show how taste varies with age (or senility in my case)

Here's a good one for you. Went into HMV in Aberdeen last year to kill some time and was looking for some music videos of live concerts. Picked up Red Hot Chilli Peppers live and proceeded to the till. Got back home to Merseyside and wacked it in the player - What the f*%^ ------- Bagpipes!!!!! Picked up the cover and reached for my specs - Red Hot Chilli Pipers!!!
That will teach me to go shopping without my reading glasses! Doh!
