Topic: My New Band (Finally)

Hi guys and gals,
Been busy for last few months with a new band I'm in called the Shakers Blues Band. Took me a while to find a decent band and when I gave up looking one jumped at me big_smile anyhow we recorded our selves last week so I thought I'd post it up here and see what you think smile as usually constructive criticism is totally welcome with me.

the songs are linked bottom left side (in like a music player) sorry for it being facebook I havent had chance to youtube anything yet (still trying to sort the video out).

I only sing on one (Red House)and JC our guitarist sings Stormy Monday everything else is Fran.

That sounds good John! "Green onions" rocks! Did you guys already play gigs together?

Joe would surely grumble about your choice of covers though: RED HOUSE!! lol

Ye we've played together a few times, Red House is one of my favourite songs and such a good platform to jam on big_smile. Sweet Home Chicago always makes me raise an eyebrow though wink

Sounding good John, I really like Fran's voice.
Are you going to do some original material as well as covers in time?

Yer hopefully, we keep getting let down by bassists atm though sad got plenty who want to do gigs but hardly any1 who wants to learn new songs. Fran really is top class shame we didnt get Fever recorded she took the roof off.
