Scott McKeon - live in our local record store!

Just by chance picked up the local rag on Saturday and saw Scott was playing live in a local record store that afternoon to celebrate Independent Record Store day.   He played unplugged with his band for around 20 minutes, including a great version of a Robbie Mackintosh song called 'Scarecrow' and an impromptu version of 'Crossroads' which even though he said they hadn't rehearsed sounded great.  We had 'front row' seats (sitting cross legged on the floor for 20 minutes sure makes me glad I practice yoga!). 

Got the chance to speak to Scott afterwards who's a thoroughly nice young man.  He said he was looking forward to playing at the RAH.  I said we'd be sure to all give him a big welcome.  He didn't think he'd be able to make it to Dingwalls the night before though.
