Funny... my very first concert ever was Aerosmith... my second concert ever was ZZ Top... both on City Island in Harrisburg back in the 80s, when I was like 14/15.  Anyway, I might have to try to make one of these shows.  I've seen Aerosmith a good handful of times and they always put on a great show.  Honestly I can't remember if I was ever able to catch another ZZ Top show... I think I'm due, lol. roll

Tickets are WAY too expensive for me though.  I see some of the venues have lower-priced lawn/general admission tickets, but I don't like to buy those til like the day of the show, because of weather.  But I betcha the high prices are not gonna go over very well, and this will be one of those tours where you can show up without a ticket and find a deal outside the show, and probably better seats than you would've gotten otherwise.  Basically the same deal as the current Dead tour. wink

I saw Aerosmith back in 1993 in Glasgow, I was due to be going with my then girlfriend, however we split up a couple of weeks before it, so a lucky friend of mine got to go in her place - and he still hasn't paid me for it! hmm
Aerosmith are a fine band and one of the ones that led me to the Yardbirds, Fleetwood Mac and John Mayall and ultimately the blues.

ZZ Top and Aerosmith on the same bill is a pretty great line up, but I guess it's pretty expensive too!

Considering the two bands on this tour, yeah I'd pay a pretty hefty price.

This show is hitting the Comcast Center in Massachusetts June 16.  Seats with any kind of a view are $200 - somewhat of a view will cost you $129.  Lawn "seats" are a bargain at $24 - but they are located in the next town over. I can only imagine what the local legal ticket (scalping) agencies will be getting for these tickets. I've seen both of these bands and they are great but I'll take a pass on this one.  Very few artists are worth that kind of admission.
