Please take seven minutes to watch this. It's been up for four days and is already approaching 5.5m hits! I won't say anything except that I had tears of wonder and joy rolling down my cheeks.

Lesson Learned .... Never Ever Judge A Book By It's Cover
Rodrigo Otazu a friend on Facebook posted it on sunday...i really had to cry.....showed it to many people and all had the same emotions.
You see is what you get ...is not always true...!!
She's now a global 'celebrity', she'll get a recording contract and her first cd will go mega. Good on ya, Susan, way to go!! 
I honestly can't remember when I was last so moved by something entirely unexpected - unless it was my first Joe gig - but this was a different kind of emotion, one that went straight to the tear ducts via the heart. Simply amazing.

Yes I saw it too, she lives in a town (collection of villages) not far from me. Perhaps we can bring her down the RAH and get her to sing Feelin' Good with Joe!
I had no idea what to expect when I just clicked on the link.
Myself, my business partner and one of our employees watched the thing through in wonder with tears coursing down our cheeks.
One of THE most uplifting things I have seen in an age. A genuinely heartwarming moment. I hope she realises her dream and that it doesn't change her.

I certainly do think she has a wonderful voice. At the same time I can't help but feel a little sad that because of her appearance etc everyone was expecting something completely dreadful and for her to make a fool of herself. That is partly why they were so gobsmacked.

Watched it this morning before I went to work and watched it there again. Have seen it about 10 times so far and as incredible as the first time.

Yes I totally agree, it makes me mad when these shows play on 'appearance' to me it is discrimination. They know exactly who/what is coming onto the stage. They were basicly saying 'how could someone who looks like that, sing like this'.
Not to take anything away from her, I hope the moment has made up somewhat for the years she has suffered (by her own admission) and that she gets everything she deserves
BTW Les Mis is a wonderful show to see even if yo are are not into that stuff.

Truley a diamond in the rough. What a voice. She sings like she's made out with God in the back seat of a '72 Buick.
I just can't bear to click on the link and I've not heard or seen 'Susan' because I dont have a telly and I dont want to cry my eyes out AGAIN! My choice BTW.
However, I know that there are a hundred Susans in this country, let alone the world... and this track for me sums it up

Shame some petty squabbles over royalties between the UK and elsewhere on U-Tube means we cant access many 'official' videos GGRRRR I expect it'll be the same for Susan in a few years.
