Topic: Streetteams for other artists.

Hi folks,
I am busy designing a web site for a great band and we want to go the street team route. I need the names of a couple of well known artists who have used a street team. I have of course Joe and BDS. Many thanks, oh and this band have some real talent, very exciting..............:)

Hi Martin, Good luck with that, I feel too many acts, particularly in the UK neglect the important work that a street team can do. 
I know that Anna Popovic has a street team and one of the members is a regular on Aynsley's forum.  PM me if you want more information.  I'm intrigued as to who the band may be...

Thanks for that Duncan, you are high on my 'must inform' list. I dont want to give the site up just yet as the quality of the video and sound recording we have is just awful. Plus the site is not yet ready anyway. It may be a case of having to until we can get something better. Will let you know.

No Paul, but you have seen the band in question.... I can't give the name cos you will all dive on me web site which is upside down at the mo. I should have it sorted later today for preview. It has been a while since I designed a site, so fingers crossed. Obvioulsy input and critique from you guys and girls will be a big help:)

I am the Street Team Coordinator for the Pink Floyd tribute THE MACHINE.  It's not a real developed Street Team, and there's no website I can refer you to (beyond my Street Team thread on their forum http://www.themachinelive.com/forum/vie … &t=867), but if the band has any streetteaming questions, I can try to answer them and provide some tips.

Dark Star Orchestra has a pretty well-developed Street Team, or actually they call it a Booster Club... maybe you'll find this helpful...
