He kind of reminds me of Dave Lee Travis with that awful beard! He has such a handsome face under all that fuzz.

You've got that right my friend, at least 10 years or maybe more! I guess I kind of agree with Deezer in that he looks a bit homeless with that shaggy beard. Maybe it's just something simple, like his mirror broke or his electric shaver is on the fritz? big_smile

Remind me to never grow a beard again. If Eric looks that old with one, can you imagine how old I would look? Probably like Moses minus the flowing robe and staff! lol

Oh, I definitely agree on the beard-thing. Might as well apply for 4th member of ZZTop with that one!!
A friend of mine is seeing him in Vienna this week, looks like she´s in for a treat ... does he still do "Roadhouse Blues" as an encore?! I loved that one when he played it during the last tour. Still one of my favourite Doors songs...

I believe he di Roadhouse Blues in Cardiff and Newcastle, but he did not play any encore in Glasgow. I think he was pee'd off with the sound, which was not great that night, and the fact the venue did not provide more beer once he and his band had finished the ones on stage. He did not meet the fans either, but his band did. I hope those issues don't prevent him coming back!
