For sure an amazing show! My 7th JB show, and probably the best I've ever seen. Funny it seems I say that every time I see him. So great to see Joe at The Depot. My favorite venue here in Salt Lake, and the first time I haven't had to travel over 300 miles to see the man! I was out of town when he played Deer Valley a couple summers back. Anyway, the sound is great at the Depot, and Joe sold the place out! I didn't think there were that many Joe Bonamassa fans in Salt Lake City. I guess I was wrong on that one. The crowd got really into it. Towards the end of the show everyone was on their feet with their jaws on the floor. So glad Salt Lake was exposed to this amazing man, maybe now we'll start hearing him on the radio.
Here's the set list: Ballad of John Henry, Last Kiss, So Many Roads, Mountain Time, Another Kind of Love, Sloe Gin, Great Flood, Lonesome Road Blues, Happier Times, Your Funeral My Trial, Blues Deluxe, Woke Up Dreaming, Just Got Paid, Encore: Ball Peen Hammer, Story of a Quarry Man, Asking Around for You
The new tunes sound great live, especially Great Flood! A great night all around. Come back soon Joe!
Without love in the dream it will never come true.
