Topic: Centennial Hall Tucson Arizona

From The Venue website

Rescheduled:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Etta James has had to reschedule her performance at Centennial Hall from Wednesday, March 18 to Tuesday, April 14 at 7:30pm. This change just occured and we are notifying patrons as quickly as possible. We are delighted to be able to reschedule Ms. James' performance so quickly and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Ticketholders may hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for admission on the rescheduled date of April 14. If you have any questions, please call the Box Office at (520) 621-3341.

The naked intensity and bold passion of Etta James’ blues singing is legendary, but its power so shatters genre boundaries that even the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame claimed her, citing her “raw, unharnessed vocals and hot-blooded eroticism.” A Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award-winner, James “still plays it sexy, brash and streetwise,” proclaims The New York Times. With hits including “Tell Mama” and “At Last,” she sings the truth of a song like no one since Billie Holiday. Blues-rock guitar virtuoso, vocalist and songwriter Joe Bonamassa fuses electric British, traditional Delta and Chicago blues into soul-riveting original material. B.B. King said of him, “unbelievable…he is one of a kind.”

Checking to see if Joe will be able to appear at the rescheduled show

Re: Centennial Hall Tucson Arizona

I had tickets to the Tucson show, would have been my second Joe concert.  I was driving down from Phoenix, hour and a half each way, to see 45 minutes of Joe, wasn't even gonna stay for Etta James.  Ya, I was majorly bummed, but I decided to put the crow bar to the wallet.

24 hr round trip ticket from PHX to San Diego  $270
1 night in a sketchy hotel in the gas lamp district  $90
1 ticket in the left orchestra section at the Spreckels Theatre  on Friday night. $50
MY SECOND BONAMASSA CONCERT - PRICELESS!!

See you there Joe.
