...child proof CD's...

...seriously...this is such a distraction...I strive and strive to purchase a CD in good faith for my true collection and support the artist but for god sake...the "child proof" tape that runs across the entire top of the CD casing is real pissing me off...I know the secret tip about how to take the case apart from the bottom and try whole-heartedly to remove all the adhesive residue as carefully as possible, but no matter how much I try it never works...???  I try to keep all my collectables in "near mint" condition...but I still have to break out the adhesive remover to remove the residue from the left over sticky tape that seems to never cooperate in this process...do ya feel my pain?
