Myself and got mule will be there on fri. 3/13. We really missed last years installment and didn't even get to see the Allmans at the beach last year....BUMMER! Looking forward to a great show and hoping for some great guests like the ones we have seen in the past.......Peter Frampton,Gary Rossington,Chuck Lavelle and believe it or not...the Asbury Jukes they were great! Also gonna see them and some great acts at Mountain Jam this year....Let the music start. Oops, Lets not forget Joe at Westbury 3/27 and Joe at West Hampton 4/4, but alas... no RAH for me sad   Sitting here and reading about that gig makes me wish I could attend, and be with all the forum faithful. Instead it's "The No RAH Blues" for me.

Ben and I for sure will have our traditional Guiness and burgers at Connelys before the Beacon,

Just an fyi, someone posted to the eMule list yesterday that this video stuff on moogis is pretty incredible. I wish they would put a few moment sample up to show the difference in quality, but he said it was an amazing video quality and sound quality.

I'd love to do it. We're really short on cash right now so we'll have to see. But it looks like it will be the next best thing to being there.

Just helping to spread the word about going to see GOOD bands and GOOD live music as often as possible!!!

Also, Butch Trucks of the ABB has said that the band has extended an invitation to Dickie Betts to put aside any differences and join the band for a set during the Beacon run in memory of Duane, but so far Dickie hasn't responded. So definitely nothing confirmed, but the possibility is there, along with all the other guests who are to be announced soon.

Another incentive perhaps to spring for this might be the fact that Eric Clapton has been confirmed as to be joining the ABB for 2 shows, March 19th and 20th :

Wow, that will be one hell of a show. I'd love to be there for one of those nights.

I wish it worked to other way and ABB joined EC at the RAH in May. I don't suppose they'll ever come back to these shores. sad sad sad

More rumors are swirling around who will appear, with the latest being Ronnie Wood of The Stones and The Dead joining for a performance :
