Just remembered the last one I walked out of : Steve Vai in 2006. After about an hour or so, it was like, "Okay, we get it, you're fantastic, one of the best ever...now play some SONGS":P
Eric Sardinas, however, who opened up for Vai, was outstanding, and I left wishing he'd been the headliner.
I still to this day have never been able to get through the whole 2 hours of Steve's 'Live At The Astoria' DVD. Technically brilliant, and when he's melodic, he's great, but song after song of just showing how technically brilliant he is gets me numb.
