Have seen Aynsley a couple of times and when he's on form he's great.  Have just bought 2 tickets for May 3.  How will we spot other Joe fans?  Any ideas??

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

Just ordered my ticket for the Aynsley Lister show. I'll be coming to Dingwall's on my own and driving back home to deepest Oxfordshire afterwards – so no beer for me sad   I'll be looking out for the Bonamassa Party and wearing my JB Live t-shirt so you can spot me.

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

The co-elder and her young man (thank you, Geoff cool ) have bought their tickets and will be in attendance, wearing Joe shirts!

I expect we'll be easier to recognize than most. big_smile

Hi folks, just to let you know that Wegottickets, one of the agencies selling tickets for Aynsley's gig has only 18 tickets left

https://www.wegottickets.com/event/41744

Get them while you can! There are other agencies, but hopefully it will be a full house before too long!

As for a meeting place, I'm reliably told there is a bar upstairs, just next to Dingwalls, that could perhaps be out meeting place smile

yikes Hey, Thanks for the tip off Greenose. That's spurred me into action - wouldn't want to miss up the chance of seeing Aynsley and Joe on cconsecutive nights. See you there!

Hmmm......... It would be so much better if we could see them on the same stage on the same night - shame Joe's support act has already been booked.

Please be in no doubt that this is the REAL ME! Beware imposters........................

There is indeed a whole bunch of pubs in the yards just around Dingwalls - merely need to pick a particular one!

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

Alternatively we could meet in a pub nearby. There seem to be plenty of good ones in the vicinity.

This is one of the songs that you will hear in Dingwalls.

It's called What's It All About and has a great guitar solo:

Aynsley is aware of the significance of this concert and is sure to give a great performance.

There are more videos etc in the other artists section.

Duncan, would it be possible for Aynsley to have a few CDs for sale at the show? (for autographing).  I was looking at his CDs on the US amazon site and a couple are obscenely expensive; prices on amazon.co.uk were much better.

If not, there is still time for me to order a couple from your side of the pond.

As always, thanks for arranging this get together. It's sure to be a lot of fun!

I paid the obscene price from Amazon for Aynsley's new CD, Upside Down...It is a great CD...Can't wait for the pre-Joe gig at Dinwalls...

Bizzer...that's not the new one. It's called "Equilibrium". "Everything I Need" is my favorite so far, but I look forward to the new one, which I hope to buy at the show. Cathy

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

Hi folks

I saw Aynsley last Thursday (see my thread in other artists) and he was selling the new album Equilibrium and the last one, Upside Down at the gig, and yes he was signing them after the show. He also had copies of the Live DVD.
I will contact him before the show and ask him to bring some copies of the older albums too, Cathy's correct that Everything I Need is the best of the older ones, but I think he has bettered it with the new one...

Tickets are ordered at TicketWeb who are sending them by post and are not sooo expensive. I follow the advice of my elderly friend George and wear a Joe shirt.
Looking forwards for a hopefully great evening

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

I've just confirmed that I can get to London (from the frozen north) on the Sunday so I'll be at Dingwalls.

I just ordered a ticket stright from Dingwalls website so they're still on sale.

Look forward to bumping into some of the 'die hard ' Joe fans there

Re: Concert and pre RAH forum meeting place arranged for 3rd May!

Tickets are still available, hope some more of you can make it. If you can't attend the aftershow party, this is the best chance to meet other forum members in a social environment.

Hope to see you there! smile
