Topic: New member going to watch JB tomorrow

Hi

just joined the board

i'm a new fan of Joe

Got his last 2 cd's in the last couple of months and will delve back further soon

i,m going to see him live in manchester tomorrow and reaalyb looking forward to it

i've also introduced two friends to JB and they are also going tomorrow - so Joe will have at least 3 new fans there in Manchester

Welcome to the forum. Really glad you are going to your first Joe show, with a couple more Bonavirgins too. As they say on Planet Rock - If music be the food of love, prepare for a good rogering!!
Look out for the beaming bunch at the front of the queue and say 'Hi'.

Welcome to the forum snalex. I bet you were gutted last week, as we all were, by Joe's illness and gig cancellation. Your anticipation must be huge by now! Don't worry, you will not be disappointed. Please post and give us your thoughts on the show afterwards, when you have regained your composure!

I hope to be at the front. Due to work commitments we may not get there as early as I'd like. Certainly do our best.

Below is my comments on the show review tab

"This was my first JB gig and i thought he was just AWESOME

my mate now rates him better than Clapton !!!

Best moment for me was Sloe Gin which sent a shiver doen my spine - just superb

i thought it very apt when Joe greeted the audiance and thanked everyone for turning out twice in a week and then said what can we do for Manchester and the played "The Great Flood"       -      i think (not sure though) the next song was then "High Water Everywhere"
Does Joe know Manchester is famed for it's rain.

i will definatly catch Joe next time he is in the area -  can't wait"
