Topic: Teen Garage Bands

I mentioned working at a fundraiser last Fri. in the Fredrik topic. I got an e-mail this morning from my friend Sheila that organized the event to tell me they raised $7600.00. That amount is adequate to support the Teen Garage Bands At The Lake program for the entire summer. This gives the kids not just something to do during the summer, but most importantly to express their creativity. Some Joe swag was part of the take in the silent auction, so a big Ca. thank you to Rachael at J&R in particular as well as Joe & Roy for their contribution.

Re: Teen Garage Bands

Thanks Keith, but all I did was volunteer my time. My friends Sheila and Paul Cotruvo whipped the whole project up. Paul's been playin' since he was a teen and his wife Sheila isn't happy unless she has a dozen irons in the fire at all times. They are dear friends. Check out Paul's main band at:

Re: Teen Garage Bands

Thanks Roy, but you must be aware that you are still on secret double probation after that stunt yesterday LOL.
