Scott Holt Band

Hi All,

I finally made it to see Scott on Sat. night at the Longshot bar in Woodruff, Wi.  I agreed to put in a little plug for him for my pal Dino.  I think Dino's right-on that Joe fans would like Scott.  I had a great time. Reminded me a lot of the early Shank Hall shows with Joe.  I'm not knowledgable enough to throw out guitar-slinging terms, but the dude is talented and fun to watch perform (kinda cute too, ladies).  Can't really give a complete opinion from one night, and I need to get a hold of a CD or two, but I can say he's worth checking out if he shows up in a town near you.  I know some of you liked what you heard when Dino hosted WXPR. I missed it that night.  The guy has also played with many a great performer in the past.  You can check it out on the SHB site.
