Topic: Perfection?

This thought (in one form or another) has been floating around in my head for quite some time, and I'd be interested to hear what you think.

On George Thorogood's 1977 debut album George Thorogood and The Destroyers he covered Robert Johnson's Kind Hearted Woman Blues (and shortened the title to simply, Kind Hearted Woman).

In my opinion, George's interpretation of this classic is perhaps the best Robert Johnson cover ever recorded. Just vocals and slide guitar. An honest and exposed presentation that's both visceral and melancholy, yet beautiful and articulate. Dare I say, perfection?

Re: Perfection?

Any George Thorogood song is perfection.
