Hey welcome to the forum.  Believe me, you are in for a treat.

Congrats on your Bonabaptism.

Re: Hi All

Hi Stevie boy. Prepare to be blown away tonight. This will be a night you will never forget - your first Joe gig. Mine too was at Pacific Road in 2006. I'll be there again tonight. See ya later

Re: Hi All

Yep, see you guys there tonight - I'm sooooooo looking forward to this one! The boys should be rollin' in there about now, unloading the gear and having a coffee with Clint and the guys in the guitar shop next to the venue. Pacific Road has been increased to an 800 capacity venue in time for this gig. Jo always goes down well here. Lets hope he comes back, maybe for the international guitar festival, if not this year then perhaps next year! If Pacific road is too small (800 cap LOL) then the new Floral Hall should be a better venue when it's finished, although it will be all seated - shame!

Re: Hi All

Welcome StevieBoy.  Bet you're counting away the hours until tonight, be prepared to be amazed, dazzled and just blown away by the sheer brilliance of Joe.  We always like to hear from first timers after the gig so don't forget to post us a review.  Have fun!

Re: Hi All

Welcome, Stevie. Make sure you get in the queue nice and early this evening. It's worth the effort to be near the man and watch those flashing fingers and try work out how he plucks and picks and makes that plectrum appear and disappear. David Copperfield's got nothing on this guy.

Being at the front means you won't come out of the gig with your ears ringing. Last Friday at Shepherds Bush was a first for me in that respect too.

Enjoy it, I know you will. wink

Please let us know asap.

A warm welcome once again Stevie Boy.  Enjoy the show.  Enjoy your time here.

I know that Joe could play one of those kid's guitars with the plastic strings and make it sound good-
