Thanks, Roy!  Maybe his contact lens slipped around behind his eye.  BLEAH!

I have always used my pinky, but I'm a bassist first.  Even after a chain saw went through my left hand.  Reconstruction went well.  I thought that's what you did. 

however I think form is less important that theory, soul & execution.

if you really wanna see something amazing, check out Lenny Breau.  He would use two fingers to lay down a two note chord, then he would use the other two fingers to play some blues licks.  incredible
