Topic: Attn: Upstate New York

The great radio station WOUR in Utica, NY is looking into getting Joe to play the Fireworks Over Utica event. This event has been absent for several years but is returning on Aug 23 at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds. Tickets go on sale for the event on Jun 21. Also, they said, Something will occur that has never happened before. Can't wait!

Technique doesn't come into it. I deal with emotions.
