Re: Joe's radio interview

I'm still trying to find out exactly what time he will be on.   I'm pretty sure it will be the 9 am hour (PST) because it's 7:30 here and no mention of time yet.  If you can't hear it today they replay the show Monday morning from 5 to 6 am (PST).

Re: Joe's radio interview

Thanks Sherry T for the heads up! The band sounded great!

Re: Joe's radio interview

Joe sounded AWESOME!!!  Wish it could have been longer.  The radio station is Classic Rock but the Mark and Brian show has been on for 20 yrs.  It is syndicated all over and is mostly talk, skits and alot of musical guests and celebrities.  They do have alot of friends in the business!!  Paul Rodgers, Steven Tyler, Steve Perry, Gene Simmons, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Lidsey Buckingham and many more.
Good PR for him.

Just became a fan of Joe's recently.  I saw him for the first time a few months ago at Feather Falls Casino in Oroville.  Went to see Crosby but loved Joe's show.  I guess I'm one of the few "female fans" that show up.  Can't wait for more shows.

Re: Joe's radio interview

The question I didn't get to ask was  "You said the live CD was recorded mostly at 1 venue" Where?..... And I loved the comment about working on an American "Swamp-Style Blues" CD this year. That is VERY exciting..Sonny Landreth, Tab Benoit, The Nevilles...on over to the Burnsides and Jr. Kimbrough.....There goes my imagination again....... Putting me in the mood for Memphis.....              Cathy                      Hey Patty..I was certain that it was you!!! lol      Thanks Sheri for the heads up and welcome to JoeWorld......There's lots of females at Joe's shows...But, most of us are "older", and hope to keep the "screamers" away so we can hear!  lol     Cathy

Re: Joe's radio interview

Don't see Joe's segment as one of the podcasts for today's show. Can we request this somehow?

Hi Sherry..just noticed where you live...your neighbor here in Roseville...live behind Bel Air at the corner of Sunrise and Cirby...I was at the show in Feather Falls with another forum buddy Jdawg....keep your eye open for the "Santa Cruz Blues Festival"...as well as the "Monterey Blues festival" (Joes already booked for that one )....I know your wishing he would play at the "Marysville Amphitheater"....but that place blows...IMO...you can e-mail me anytime if you like...or not...:)

Re: Joe's radio interview

Hi Dave, yes I am your neighbor!!  I hope Joe comes back to Feather Falls, I know it's a small venue for him but every seats a good one.  Great for the fans.

As for the podcasts, I'm not sure how they post these.  This is something they just started doing this year.  A condensed version of todays show and probably all of Joe's segment will replay Monday morning from 5 to 6 am (PST).

And yes I am one the "older" gals!!   Haha!!!
