Joe is one of the reasons I still have a subscription to Guitar World.  In fact the only reason I have a subscription to GW in the first place is because of Guitar One ceasing publication and that's what I received in place of my G1 subscription.  However, I have to say GW seems to be "morphing" into G1 which I'm very excited about.

i want joe on the cover. then i'll get a subscription.  freaking brad paisley was on a cover of guitarone, I think Joe should be cover material.

I agree with you that Joe should be on the cover- but Brad Paisley is one helluva guitarist- dont dis him just because he plays contry...

Is the Jan issue the first issue Joe's been in?  Or was he in the Holiday one too?  I'm trying to figure out if I lost an issue in there or something.

His first column was in the Holiday issue. He talks about Sloe Gin and the way he tackles playing slide guitar. There are tabs for the slide stuff and he does talk and play on the CD.
