Topic: Couldn't enter the site from the opening Billboard page

Hi Guys

Is it just my computer or is there a problem entering this site from the new 'Billboard Chart' page? I had to find another way in via a sub-section of the site. Anyone else having a problem?

Yup, me too....emailed Nick (da webmaster), hopefully he'll get it squared away soon.

Same here, my cyber daughter fixed it. She right clicked on the Billboard page and "opened link". I would have figured it out......next year!!

Me three. I went to history and came straight to the forum. Note to Nick. Don't make changes on a Friday afternoon. Any problems won't be dealt with till Monday.

Didn't have any problems. Just clicked on the page and it opened...

Now that is a fine-looking list to be a part of, isn't it!!! Congratulations!!!! Especially for being at the top of the list! Definitely some great company there.

Just helping to spread the word about going to see GOOD bands and GOOD live music as often as possible!!!

I usually go straight to the forum page, but noticed that you still cannot click on "Enter Site" from the home page to enter the site.  But, if you don't know how to do this, you can't get to the tour dates, forum, jb-tv, etc.  I just emailed webmaster@jbonamassa.com to report this.

Hopefully, they will get this fixed soon.

I received an email this morning from the site's webmaster asking me to refresh the page and try again.  It still doesn't work for me so I emailed them back to let them know.  Is anyone else still having trouble entering the site from the "ENTER SITE" link or is it just me?

IF you write a lot on the forum and subscribe to topics, you have any easy way in by getting the Email noticifcation of a reply to that topic! You just click the link from your Email & Voila! , you are in!

Just a guess on my part that it could have to do with different browsers (I use Firefox) or maybe clearing your cache and/or cookies and trying again might help.  I'm no technical wizard but I've had somewhat similar issues with other websites.  Bueller?  Anyone?

You may be right.  Anyway, I sent another email.  They really should get this fixed.  It's been like this for days and although most of us know how to get around it,  there are people that may not.

Internet Explorer was the problem.  Just got an email from the webmaster and the "Enter Site" link is now working from the BillBoard Page.
