Topic: Joe and Bernie Marsden new album

Hi folks, it's been a while!

I was just reading a long article by former Whitesnake guitarist Bernie Marsden and came across this nugget of information:

"I've just written a whole new album with Joe Bonamassa, which should be out around September this year. We started it last summer, but then had a problem with the drummer, who broke his foot. So we got back to it again in January. There’s a fifty-fifty split on the songs and we’ve got some really good tunes."

Bernie has of course appeared with Joe live on several occasions in the past.

Apologies if this is already old news but you can read the full article here:

Re: Joe and Bernie Marsden new album

Think he’s referring to Joe’s new studio album which was recorded in January at Abbey Road.
Bernie’s contribution is an obvious bonus.

ps. The 1980 Whitesnake concert (in Liverpool) mentioned in the interview - I was there.
