Topic: Raconteurs. Help us Stranger

The new Raconteurs disc is incredible. I am a little biased here, because Jack White is my favorite performer next to Joe. This is just a great release with lots of great musicians, fantastic George Martin like production, and catchy, mostly upbeat Rock tunes that make you want to twist and shout. The opening track, "Bored and Razed" sets the tone as a great upbeat rocker with excellent harmonies, followed by the title track with more of the same, and I could go on and on, but, really, you should just buy the album or disc or download it or whatever you do  Very polished and shiny and happy Rock and Roll from a great band.

Really like this album too, and spot on Murf in your observation.  Jack White's tastes are so eclectic it's great this band's returned to roots rock.  My fave on the album is "Now That Your Gone."
