Topic: Tickets When You buy A Package From The Store

Does anybody know how they decide who gets what tickets when you buy something from the store that includes tickets.

Is it whoever shows up at the will call first gets the best seats or whoever purchases the package from the store first and tells them what concert they would like to attend.

Thanks for any help on this matter.

I bought our package in April and told them then that I wanted to use the tickets for the Nov. 7th show.

I don’t know for sure, but I think it’s first come, first served by request. Be aware that seats are quite variable. Generally center floor, but there is no guarantee since the venue decides which will be GOA seats. That is my understanding. I’ve had from row 18 to row 3 center.

No, my tickets were in an envelope with my name, so getting to the venue early makes no difference. Not sure how the seats are assigned but my gut tells me it's random.
