Topic: Anyone have problems contacting JB Store customer service?

I placed an order for some things two weeks ago.  I attempted to inquire about it this morning and my email was bounced back as undeliverable.
The address I used is correct to the best of my knowledge: customerservice@jbonamassa.com.
The email I received back from the delivery attempt listed a few reps (Tamara, Sophie, Michelle, Christina, and Bobby, from JR Adventures), saying it was undeliverable to all of them.
Is there a "new and improved" customer service email?

I would try to call them on Monday
One common thing I'll mention in case its relevant, if you order items at the same time as a pre-order, you won't get the order until the preordered items release date. It will tell you that when you order but its not hard to overlook.
Once you get connected with customer service they will certainly take care of any issue you have.

Thanks for the info Jane.  The items I ordered (two pins and a shirt) were and still are in-stock according to the website.

I wish there was a way you could track your JB store orders.  It's just two weeks today, and I know they want you to wait that long before inquiring.

I sent another email, removing most of the attachment I had forwarded in case the attachment was fouling the email up.  If that gets rejected too I'll just give them a call Monday.

Thanks smile

My order arrived today!  So, no worries!  big_smile

However, my second attempt to email the folks at customer service was also kicked back, so something is going on with "customerservice@jbonamassa.com", at least from my end.

This is a huge gripe of mine. Use to be you could view your purchase history date/pricing. Since they went to the new system like every other online store is doing you can't do that anymore (no more logging in). I know it's a little crazy buy I collect the pins monthly and have them all. I use to be able to see which pin came out in which month, not anymore... And they're not always released every month, some are 2 a month, 2 at the same time, one month was even skipped.

In the big picture, not a big deal, just a small gripe. wink

Re: Anyone have problems contacting JB Store customer service?

Understood holeshot.  It seems like every purchase I make online today, even the smallest purchase is trackable.  Ultimately it's no issue as every order has arrived on time, was correct, and in perfect condition, but when two weeks has come, your emails are being rejected, and you have no tracking info one gets a little curious!

I believe the difficulty I have emailing Customer Service is that their mail server is rejecting emails from my internet provider.

"SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:"

"sender rejected. This relay isn't allowed to send mail "From" (my service provider).net"

An aside, the pins are great!  I purchased two and am super-surprised at the quality.

Yes they are of great quality, currently just have them all on a cork board... They are always a conversation piece anytime someone sees them

Re: Anyone have problems contacting JB Store customer service?

This is my recent experience without naming names....I had ordered some merchandise and after about 3 weeks I called J&R to find out what was happening...I talked to a rep who said they would check on it and send me an email the next day...next day (a Tuesday) I got an email saying they had found my order and it would be shipped by Friday and I would receive an email with tracking info when shipped....Friday came and went and the next Wednesday I called the rep again...I didn't get thru and left no message...Thursday, I received email with tracking info and everything went as it should from there on....Maybe they are having a problem in the shipping dept. that needs to get rectified...IDK....

I only had an issue one time with a pin not showing up and it went beyond the 2 week time frame. I believe it was when they were changing disturbers. I emailed and they sent another out right away.... I don't mind for the most part, only thing that concerns me is when they release the limited edition pins... if that gets lost or misplaced I don't know if it can be replaced since they usually sell out pretty fast.
