Topic: Is it just me or is Joe using Fenders more than Gibsons these days?

So the title of the thread says it all really.

But it does seem to me like Joe is seen with a Strat or a Tele at least as often as with a Les Paul or a 335 these days...

Is that just me??

Has Joe finally got the confidence that he'll sound like himself and not (as I believe was the rumour back when he ditched Fenders for Les Pauls) an SRV wannabe?

I hope so....and I really, really hope that maybe we could see a Fender Bonamassa Hardtail Strat based off of his 54 wink

I love Joe on strats and teles but I also dig his les Paul/335 tone as well. I think his current lineup of guitars is awesome:
55 hard tail Strat
51 nocaster (humbucker in the front)
59 les Paul
And a few reissues
I really would like to see Joe reunited with Goldie someday although it's pretty unlikely. It was the tackiest guitar ever....but Joe really made it sing!

I think he is using Fenders more lately, but Gibsons are still used far more than all others.

He played instruments dialed to the songs 3 weeks ago when I saw him. He mixed it up good, but the voicing was spot on.
