Topic: Tedeschi/ Trucks

Just got done watching the latest offering from the dynamic duo.  The talent is obvious and I love the band, (and you knew this was coming) BUT, this is very disappointing.  Derek is a phenomenal guitarist, but he is not a producer.  The entire band is like a rudderless ship.  They need direction.  I was really looking forward to this live performance.  Hate to say it but I would give it a D. As in Disappointing.  It has it's moments that are what I expected, but there are many others that made me cringe. Not what you expect from a band of this quality.

The only thing we deserve, is an opportunity.  Everything else has to be earned.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this music, outside of the Alam Khan Indian stuff .     Its what I heard when I saw them in concert last summer.
