I KNOW THAT MOST PEOPLE KNOW THIS, BUT I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT OF CONCERTS!! BUT JOE IS THE ONLY ENTERTAINER THAT JUST MAKES MY MOUTH JUST DROP WITH AMAZEMENT!! YOU KNOW THE KIND THAT YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU ARE HEARING! NO HUMAN IS SUPPOSED TO PLAY THAT WAY!! YOU ARE JUST FROZEN IN PLACE FOR 2 HRS! I SEE GROWN MEN AND WOMEN JUST CHANTING JOE, JOE, JOE, JOE, JOE!!!  AND THIS SAME GUY TREATS YOU AS AN EQUAL! WHEN HE TALKS TO YOU OR SIGNING YOUR STUFF!! THEN YOU TELL EVERYBODY YOU KNOW ABOUT HIM! I HAVE EVEN BOUGHT CD'S AND GIVEN THEM AWAY! THEY TELL ME HOW COME I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS GUY! HE'S GREAT!!  ANY BODY ELSE HAVE THESE HAPPENING TO YA!! ??

My co worker had to drag me to my first concert. 
It was Erie PA in 4 yrs ago.  My son was in collage at Gannon U. in Erie, and I thought, how cool, go see a concert with my daughter and visit my son at the same time................oh my goodness!!!  We were those individuals frozen in place!!!!  Unbelievable!  We became instant fans. 
Joe even came over after the concert and had a drink with us.  How cool is that!  He had a bag of guitar picks, and was handing us several of them.  He gave me 6 of them, who knew, last concert I went to in Columbus in June, he threw the pick he played with into the audience, and every one scrambled for them. 
I have spread the word ever since. 
Today  at work, I gave the You and Me CD to another co worker to listren to, and he wouldn't give it back!!!!!  Said it was incredible.
This is an individual that we should consider ourselves lucky to see and talk to. 
Joe Bonamassa rocks, some day the world will know what we know now......

Yep thats our Joe. One of the most down to earth musician I've ever met. Welcome to the wonderfull world of Bonamassa. And welcome to the board.

It sounds like you've been bitten by the bug. An affliction most everyone that frequents this forum is infected with. There is only one cure and he's coming to a town near you soon!

Yeah, I can't wait until OCTOBER 5TH.   This will be my first chance to
see Joe Bonamassa.  Bought the tickets today.   I'm taking the whole family
and my daughter's boyfriend.   I asked my daughter to listen to something
on the stereo to see if she wanted to go see this guy.   One cut and she
said "I'm in !!".   She's a long time SRV fan.  In fact her Chihuahua is named
Stevie Ray.
