John Mayall

We saw John Mayall for the first time this past weekend at the Mudfest that was the Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival. John played the Saturday in the pouring rain. Don't know how he and his band managed. Crazy situation to deal with and the videos look really wild with the rain just coming down through the lights. Glad we finally got a chance to see him because he's certainly not getting any younger since he's now 82. He played a great set and had with him guitarist, Rocky Athas.
