Topic: East coast leg of tour

I'm reminded by the "where is everyone" thread that I discovered Joe relatively recently. My first show was a couple years ago with my son, where I met Ron and Jay.

I'll be at the shows in Worcester and in Providence, and have M&G passes for the latter. I'll bring my son Griffin again to one show, and hope my wife can come for the other.

I hope to see some familiar faces. And if you're frugal like me, remember that in Providence you can park at metered spaces on the street, but I think meters run until 9pm now. And in Worcester, you can park for a few dollars at the city library a block behind the Hanover. That's $20 better spent on guitar strings or perhaps even better, CDs of people that can really play. :-)

Re: East coast leg of tour

Great tip for parking for the Worcester show, is it metered parking at the library or is there an attendant? Can't wait!

Hey timb, I'm sure you'll enjoy the shows. I had the pleasure of meeting you, your son, and Ron at my second JB show in 2014. I'll be attending the Hartford Ct show in November.

Play some cards & drink black coffee,
How I’d love to see you smile....

In worcester, the library has a cash/coin/credit pay station at the entrance to the lot, and you pay by number.

Rusty: Yes, we met at the snowy show in Springfield. And thank you for the M&G pass smile

The show last night was great. I was surprised that it was about 2:15 straight through, with no intermission. Joe took a break for a few minutes to introduce the band, and Reese played a moment of keyboard interlude a couple of times, though one of them became a keyboard intro/redition of Sloe Gin, so that was cool.

With Joe playing a firebird for a few songs, and Michael playing a firebird bass for a few, I couldn't help but think they should overlap on at least one. :-)
