What brand of tuners is Joe putting on his vintage Gibson guitars these days?
Joe tends to keep his vintage guitars original. I don't know if any of his vintage Gibsons have modern tuners. I would expect that if he had to replace the tuners, he would use Kluson, especially on LP's
Thank you for the reply Rusty. I am sorry for the confusion as I was talking about Kluson replica tuners. There are a number of companies that make them. Just curious which one he prefers. For example, he used these tuners for his ‘58 Korina Flying V.
The original kluson company is still making tuners, those are what I would call kluson tuners, any others are copies.

I have read that Joe puts Fake58 tuners on most of his bursts, since the original plastic buttons are quite brittle...
