Praxis (Featuring Buckethead) Animal Behavior outro solo

This one has a Funkadelic connection, as Bootsy Collins and Bernie Worrell from that band played on the album from where this came from. Very much "Maggot Brain" influenced. I remember hearing this solo for the first time when it was playing while scouring a local record shop for a new acquisition. This being back at the time when one actually had to go OUT to find music to buy. Yes, I can hear all you youngsters gasping at the horror!
While intently searching for that elusive "lost treasure" they were playing this strange, hard funk with odd tempos, when out of the blue cut this incredible, transcendent, guitar solo. I figured they must've slipped another CD in, the change was so abrupt. So, I immediately had to buy it. Little did I know that it was only a minute and a half, and the rest of the album had really no relation to this piece. But what a piece it is. The above is a live, extended version by Buckethead, formerly of Axl Rose's Guns 'N' Roses. If all you know of him is some strange cat who wears a KFC bucket on his head, you may be surprised at the soulfulness and emotion in his playing. Not too shabby for a man who was raised by chickens.
