Right now, I am listening to an old vynll LP... Rainbow Rising, and the record player is stuck on STARGAZER!!!! wow, forgot how great this sounds.
Also have the new KD.Lang album..zzzzzz..... Big dissapointment.

This week I am mostly listening to.... 5 Blind boys of Alabama - Higher ground. pretty sure the guitar is by Robert randolph. It is a lovely album, vocals are stunning, and even if you are not of the 'hymns' type, you just can't help but 'feel' the music.

I listen to the CD- Live in Chicago-. I have Libertyville too. very good indeed, but I like live-CD's more. He is live even better, very nice heavy, fat bluesrock!!!
The live CD is not available anymore in Holland. Did you know he just recorded a live DVD, taped in Harderwijk holland. Will be on the market in a few weeks I guess, can let you know if you like.
If you want a copy of the live CD ( only if it is not available anymore in the USA )or if you want the DVD when it is released I can send it if you want. Just let me know.

thanks Andre I just found Rob O this past year,relly like him.brings a little AC/DC vibe to his blues rock.I will check on the live cd.thanks for the offer.It figures I live in Chicago area and never was aware of him.I dont know if he ever tours the states anymore.Another talented bluesrocker that is obsure,at least here in the US

James Taylor's "One Man Band" CD released in 2007. Live 1 hour, 17 minute CD with accompanying 2-hour DVD.
A recording that if it doesn't speak to you at least on some level, I suspect you can not be spoken to. Intimate, and reminiscent to the 1st time I heard Simon & Garfunkel's Live from Central Park CD.
