I did a search, but didn't see a James Taylor thread. I missed him when he cam through Atlantic City recently.

I was wondering if anyone purchased his new album? I want to get it at Target with the bonus tracks.

I thought this article was great in Rolling Stone.  The stories behind his 15 top songs.

I love JT.
He was the troubadour of my youth.
I spent so many hours playing an acoustic surrounded by my best friends as we tried to get the music right.
Thank you James for soulful lyrics, fine finger picking, and angelic harmony.
He is the only artist that ushers my wife and I back to the glory of our youth.

My partner and I saw James Taylor when he came to the UK, at the Apollo in Manchester  a few years ago, maybe 2006 or 7. It was his 'One Man Band' tour. Absolutely loved his show. It was intimate and it felt like we were sat in his front room. I love his song writing and melodies. He is pretty handy with the guitar too.
