Topic: Hammersmith Ticket query

I've ordered a standing ticket for the Apollo, but haven't got the ticket yet.  On the Ticketmaster orders page, it says tickets haven't been sent yet, but I have another order that also says the same thing, but I have the tickets already. Before I go spending wads on premium phone calls, is anyone still waiting for their tickets? Thanks folks.

It might be worth emailing Ticketmaster customer services.
Are you going to different nights or are your orders both for the same one?
Hope they turn up.

Thanks for the reply, Lester, will try that.  The ticket is only for Thursday btw.

It must be a problem with Ticketmaster, I used Eventim and was able to print off the ticket.
Always a nervous wait as the date approaches, Hammersmith isn't massive so even standing view should be quite good.

Thanks for the comments folks, put my mind at rest.  I go to quite a lot of gigs, but for the last one at Hammersmith in Feb, the tickets came weeks ago. I usually do print off my own tickets when I can, but don't think I had that option. Anyway, enjoy!

Its the usual rubbish I had tickets for The  Albert Hall didn't get them until a week before the  Rick Wakeman gig last year

I was told its to stop touts utter crap I f you buy at the venue they pint them out

Its simple You pay you get the ticket posted that day they charge enough for the service well lack of it
