None of my lithos got me any where close to the front. I guess bad luck on my part. Seems like the venue gives them out at random
Ron I don't know when the last one you redeemed was but there has been an effort to make sure Litho buyers get good seats that I became aware of last Spring. Prior to that Litho tickets were lumped in with all guest requests and yes it could of been random luck based on the venue box office. Filling guest list requests is a time consuming task that starts in Joe's office and ends in the box office but tour personnel must ultimately communicate with the box office. How easy that is depends on the venue and the size of the list. The number of holds in the market for guests may be a set number and they all can't be in the first few rows so they are spread throughout the venue. Litho buyers do now have priority seating availability requested. However there is a disclaimer because it is nearly impossible to guarantee Premium seating.
I forgot how much Lithos cost exactly but in my opinion the value far exceeds the cost if you take the value of good seats, meet and greet, and the art itself. If they truly manage to solve the problem of where those seats actually are consistently I would suggest they raise the price accordingly. I guess it's a good thing it isn't my call.
Hi Jim
Well so the lithos that I paid big bucks for should have got good tickets but did not. That sucks let's see I bought how many? Good grief I did not get great seat for any of them but yet I paid the litho price? Rethinking this one. If the present state is it is pot luck then the lithos are not worth the current price tag. My two cents
Thanks Ron
