Topic: Meet and Great Packages
I was curious how the meet and greet packages are saw if you buy a Litho or something. Do you get decent seats or are they bottom of the barrel type? How long does the meet and great last?

The litho tickets have been in the first few rows so I would say it is a great deal. Meet and Greet is limited so Joe has time to chat with everybody. It isn't the typical cattle call most artists M&G's are.

From my history with litho purchases the tickets I have received for lithos have not been that great. Certainly never front rows.
The meet and greets are more restricted now that Joe has become more popular. But that is to be expected. In the long run you will have a great time. Joe is so down to earth you will have a great time meeting him.
My two cents
Cheers Ron

I don't have any insider knowledge or anything, but I think it's pretty much up to each invididual venue. The litho tickets I got for a show in Omaha were in the second balcony, just a couple of rows from the back wall, while the litho tickets I got for a show in Des Moines were fourth row center. I have seen far more good stories than bad about where litho ticket-holders wound up, but I'm pretty sure the blame for any less-than-stellar placements rests on the venue, not J&R...

That is absolutely true. It will only be a couple of minutes, but they'll be great minutes...

Yes thanks I did mean to mention that I believe the venue is responsible for the poor seats for some litho redemptions
I just used my meet & greet tickets 2 weeks ago Dec 20th in Ft Myers Fl at the last show of the year, such an awesome time to meet Joe got my Martin acoustic and my JBLP mini autographed got tickets in 2nd row center stage, could not have been any better. this was my 5th Joe show and my 1st meet & greet and I will do another meet & greet again sometime but will never miss a Joe show if I am able to go.
I've used J&R artist-reserved tickets (from the tour de force fan pack) twice, and once I got front row left in the orchestra pit in Providence, and at Red Rocks I got 21st row.
Some of it may matter when you request the tickets, but Tamara said they get artist reserved tickets first.
i guess i had bad luck on all occasions
We got front row at one of the Beacon shows last year, but that show wasn't sold out. I won tickets from a YouTube contest and got seats way in the back for Cleveland last year, but that show was sold out. I think it really depends on how many tickets are originally set aside and how full the venue is.
New policies have been in effect for a year or so that give priority to litho buyers. They are now assigned to best available however some shows in some markets have a demand that cannot be met by the artist holds. However they are still allotted best seats available.
My meet and greet seats for the Springfield Mass show were front row center. I bought the litho many months before the show, so I guess thats how I got great seats - they were still available. If one was to make a litho purchase close to the show date, the good seats would be gone and you would probably end up way back or in the balcony.

Well I have called in my lithos months in advance and still have not received front row seats. I think you have good luck my friend.

Happy New year Ron! I may have used up a lifetime worth of luck on that one, from now on it'll be the back row for me!

I miss the days that you could Street Team and get on the MnG list.
and I'm glad I made it to the 'tail end' of being able to do Street Teaming and be able to be put on a Meet'n'Greet list; it was a pleasure to meet Joe.
Will hope I can do it again some time.. (but not buying a litho to do so)
Hi,
I want to know if I'am the only one who got problem with the meet & greet. It's look like they lost my purchase. I send a request for a pair of tickets on sept. 23 and I had an answer 6 weeks later, they lost my file!. I send a new message on dec. 23 cos I want to know what happen, if they need information (credit card order), If I'm gonna have good seats after all this time, & if they fix the problem. ¨NO ANSWER!¨.
It's sad to leave a fan without answer.
If I'm not the only one, I would like to know.
