Got mine recently as well! And YES!! The words of all the songs are finally included!!!! Loving this new album! The music is killer and the lyrics are great. Really like how the songs are different in many ways, yet they all feel cohesive when played one after the other. I already loved "Oh Beautiful" and "Love Ain't A Love Song" since we have heard them quite a bit on the recent tour. Really like the sound of "Living On The Moon", lyrics are rather interesting as well. "I Gave Up Everything For You.." is such a fun solid Blues song. The last song on the album "So What would I do" is such a sad love song. Really shows how difficult it must be to have a relationship when you're on the road all the time. I could go on and on about all of them, because they are all just such great songs. "Trouble Town" would be really cool to hear live. In fact I would love to hear all of them live. Hope there are a bunch included on the horns tour in 2015. Way to go Joe!!! Excellent job all the way round!!

I didn't get a shipping notification ... at least that I noticed. Got it out of the ..... wait for it .... blue.
notice on Sunday, here today. Ran through 4 times now on 5. One major problem I have with it. TOO SHORT! Back to the studio Joe.
Really, it is fantastic.

I just pulled my copy from the mailbox, what a nice surprise! I know what I'm doing for the next hour or so.....
Got the notice Monday, received it 12 minutes ago. Sent my wife an urgent text. GET YOU BUTT HOME, IT'S HEAR!!! We promised each other we would wait until we are together to listen to it. The other problem is we are remodeling the house and my sound system is in a hundred pieces. Guess we will be sitting in the driveway listening to it in the car which has a pretty nice system. Love my wife to death, but after 30+ years together...I have not been this excited for her to come home, since she promised to...well, never you mind. I was excited then, I'm excited to see her now.
Well my package arrived today, but there's one major glitch. I ordered the CD/T-shirt combo and received a size S tee when I ordered a XXL. Anybody know who to contact for info to correct this? A name and e-mail address would help.
Thanks!

Ok, we are back from the car. Every thing we thought and more. To all of you that thought that first release was reminiscent of the Eagles or even had a little country twing to it, this is a BLUES album. It is a mature artist at the top of his game. Congratulation Joe and from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! We will enjoy this album for years and years to come. To me every song is a winner. On first listen I really enjoyed, "Heart Ache Followed Wherever I Go." "Never Give All Your Heart", although I disagree. If you find the right woman, there is nothing better that giving all you have. "I Gave Up Everything For You Cept The Blues.", is a really fun song. Again, I have a different take on romance. I have both a sports car and a motor home. Have it all. Really impressed with the lyrics in all songs. The songs are great. Love the horns, and this from a guy that is not crazy about horns. Hope there are horns at the live show in December. Can't believe I just wrote that. Of course, I'm the guy that didn't like acoustical until I saw Joe's version. Bottom line, I can't stop smiling, and this after a horrible week at work. There are always some people that love to be contrary and will have something negative to say about anything. To them I say, sit back, relax, have a glass of wine, smoke a joint, what ever it takes and enjoy. It will put a smile on your face also.

Thanks Jane, I knew you'd have an answer. Sent a message and will wait to hear back. I gave the CD a listen and really liked what I heard and would love to promote it by wearing the matching t-shirt, but I don't think me in a size S t-shirt would promote nothing but laughter!!!

Well, so much for sending my copy back and getting the best buy version.....I am now on my third playthru.
Great stuff.....I really love the horns and Reese Wyans is just epic!
I have played this many times over the past few days. Wow I think this will produce one of those things Joe never wants…. a hit. This cd is killer. I just noticed the picture on my avatar says it all. It is a JB Skinner from the custom shop on the headstock
"Joe Bonamassa #1" how true that is in my book in more ways then one
cheers Ron
This genre does not have much a large appeal, so a Hit is probably not likely.
This album is most definitely in my top 3 Bonamassa albums.
Jazzy....Bluesy.....Rocksey
Now back to another listen to "Get Back My Tomorrow"
This genre does not have much a large appeal, so a Hit is probably not likely.
Yes this genre does not have the majority appeal of what is currently out there which from my vantage point is mostly processed trash. The stuff that is good has its roots in Rock/blues. At the end if the day the music filter of time will bring them all back to music which hits the soul. That my friend is the blues and for me no one does it better than Joe B. After seeing the crowd that I saw when I attended Red Rocks not much appeal could not be further from reality.
Time will tell but when someone like Joe pours his heart and soul into his music one can not help but listin. Not sure if you have ever attend a Joe show if you have you know what I mean.
Cheers Ron
