Topic: Muddy Wolf in Cheyenne Wyoming

I will be at the Muddy Wolf show tomorrow night and have two questions. If anyone here can answer I would appreciate it.  One of my hobbies is taking concert photos.  Does Joe mind if I bring a camera?  Also, this being a smaller venue and only with 800-1000 tickets sold so far, does Joe plan to do a meet and greet in the lobby after the show?

Welcome to the forum. Non detachable lens cameras are allowed unless the venue restricts them. You 'll have to check the venue for their rules. Joe no longer does after show meets. Meet and greet are  by prior arrangement before the show. Have a blast and let us know how it went. Lee, PattylovesJoe and others from this forum will be there too on the way to Red Rocks. Say hi if you get the chance.

Hi truedog. Like Rick said, it's whatever the venue's rules are, but the general rule for Joe is no professional or detachable lens cameras. Also, there will be at least seven of us from the forum there and our seats are mostly front row left center section. Stop by and say hi!

Re: Muddy Wolf in Cheyenne Wyoming

Dang.  I was hoping to bring my better (but by no means professional) camera since I am sitting in the front row of the balcony.  I'll just bring the small point and shoot.  Still looking forward to this show.

It's a shame that it is not a sell out, but it seems that Joe is just not that well known here, even among guitarists.  Many in this town just won't go to a show if it's not country-western.

In June we the Pink Floyd tribute band, Brit Floyd played here, the night after their sold out show at Red Rocks.  They played at our little Ice and Events Center to a less than 50% capacity crowd.  It was a great show and they held nothing back, even with the small audience, but it was still disappointing to many of us who DID attend that Cheyenne couldn't show better support.

If anyone knows Joe, please let him know that those of us who will be in attendance WILL be very appreciative of the performance.

Just 12 hours away!  I am really looking forward to this show.  We just don't get many shows of this caliber here in Cheyenne so it will be a real treat.

Re: Muddy Wolf in Cheyenne Wyoming

What a great show!  The Muddy Wolf part of the show was super cool and the short set of Joe's material that ended the show almost felt like a whole different concert.  I'll comment a bit more in the morning.

Re: Muddy Wolf in Cheyenne Wyoming

The show was amazing. It was my first time seeing Joe live and it was well worth it. I though it was a little loud for the size of the venue and the lack of horn solos bummed me out but still an amazing show. Can't wait for Red Rocks on Sunday cause that one should be one of a kind.
