Topic: {problem fixed} Pickup Radio Show Download messed up again

Well just trying to listen to the Pickup Radio Show again and of course I download them as well.

The download is saying : 403 forbidden
this is the url the download gives you.. I don't think its right: http://bit.ly/pickup-43

Guess I should email Eric D to see if they can fix the website downloads

Hey Jane.. will do

btw you need to download those if you can right away..
I find that you can't always download them after the week is done.. and especially the first handful of shows, there was no download and some downloads are crossed to an older show.
So there is no guarantee once the week is done that you'll be able to download them

hmm only seems to be 1 Brian in the user list,, registered 2008,, last on the forum 2008, 1 post..

Hi Doug, have you tried iTunes?  That is where I am getting the shows from now.  So far they have down loaded automatically for me weekly.  It was not available there originally but it is now.

Re: {problem fixed} Pickup Radio Show Download messed up again

I don't use Itunes to download the shows.. I use the Download button on the web page when I'm listening.
That downloads a "standand" mp3 file to my desktop comupter which I just use my cable to transfer to my mp3 player or my blackberry phone.

Shouldn't need internet.

(the fix was only for that one show that wouldn't download.. I think if I went back to the early shows they still aren't linked correctly)
